Any successful wealth management leader is backed by a solid team. I’m no exception. I truly enjoy the conversations I have with all of you through our wealth management blog, but I need to share the wealth (pun entirely intended).

Rachel Silver leads Accenture’s Wealth Management Digital offerings in North America. She has over 14 years of experience driving digital transformations for financial firms. From client experience and advisor tools, to digital self-service capabilities and Salesforce integration, Rachel will be weighing in on all things digital, from AI and analytics to mobility.
Scott Reddel is a managing director in Accenture’s Capital Markets practice. You will hear from Scott on wealth management platforms, as he brings to bear his more than 10 years of experience driving large transformation with wealth managers and broker dealers. Scott will share his views on platform of the future, fintech, operational readiness and proven conversion approaches, among other topics.
In the private banking space, John Carey, an associate director in Accenture’s Wealth Management group, will cover investment councils for Ultra High Net Worth clients, portfolio management and more. John has more than two decades of experience in a broad range of wealth technology and operational outsourcing services. He joined Accenture in 2017 with the acquisition of InvestTech, where he was the practice lead for wealth management.
Christian J. Spitz, Jr. leads our Wealth Management Advisor Success offering and will be writing on ways to foster advisor productivity and adoption. Christian brings significant learning, communications and change management experience coupled with deep knowledge of the branch and front office ecosystem. He is especially well versed in field and client communications; learning and curriculum strategy, design, development and delivery; and merger integration work.
For more than 14 years, Mike Marsiglio has been helping to drive large complex transformation initiatives with broker dealers and wealth managers. Mike is focused on post-merger integration and operations. He’ll bring his expertise in those areas to this blog, including robotics, operating model, workflow, onboarding and cost-take out.
