Caroline is a Senior Manager in Accenture’s Asset & Wealth Management practice in London, focused on operational strategy and investment stewardship. Her work has been focused on operational strategy and front-to-back operational transformation and design for some of the largest asset managers and asset servicers in the industry. Within these programs, her responsibilities have included leadership positions, front-to-back target operating model design, mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing initiatives and large-scale technology implementations.
