As you read this, I’m getting ready to pack my bags for Dreamforce 2017, Salesforce’s software conference. I’m excited to meet with some of you in person to discuss how your business can best handle the digital revolution affecting the financial sector (and our world, for that matter).
In the not so distant past, it would be unusual for wealth management firms to even consider going to a software conference. But in the wise words of Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, “Every business will become a software business”. With investors showing a clear preference for hybrid wealth management, digital solutions matter in the industry more than ever.
